Firewalking Success in Casselman, Ontario

What a night!

Another successful and safe firewalk last Sunday Oct. 5th.

Arianne Trudeau was the first person to walk on the fire bed on Sunday.

After watching the weather network with news of showers throughout the night and through the weekend we had our doubts.

Expect the best!

Still we prepared our firewalk with a positive attitude. And wow! It was a gorgeous night, dry grass, super hot fire, motivated participants, the setting was perfect.

Those in attendance know the level of concentration it requires to make it safely across the fire pit.

With the right preparation and team work you can't fail.

Most admit to being really scared just before walking. And with images like the one above, they are right to be afraid!

But as you reach your turn to walk, a calmness and deep focus settles in, you trust yourself and surrender to the experience.

Walkers are exhilarated and relieved at the end, some cry, some laugh, some shake their heads in disbelief, but one thing for sure...

They all walk away from the experience changed in some way. Bigger. Stronger. More prepared to tackle any of life challenges.

Firewalking is a powerful metaphor for change. Out with the old you and in with the new.

Looking forward to the next group of determined, like minded individuals who will join us one in the spring for the next one.
