Opposite of Lazy

When I was very young my father related one of many stories to me that I'll never forget.

Without going through it all this is how it ends...

So the student asks the wise man: "What would you consider man's greatest sin?'

The wise man pondered for a while and replied:

"Lazyness"

You definitely want to be on the opposite side of lazyness. Nothing fires me up more than seeing a lazy kid or adult.

I just can't stand it.

We also refer to it as someone having lazy energy, lousy energy or sleepy energy.

Do you know someone like that? How does it feel being around them?

Right.

You feel infected.

Unless you hold the antidote to lazyness.

Do you know what it is?

Enthusiasm.

Someone enthusiastic embraces the philosophy of:

DO IT NOW

Whatever falls into your lap as things to do. Do it now.

Do it now or take some action towards the completion of that thing that needs to be done now.

If your spouse asks you to do something: Do it now.

If daily physical training is on your list Do it now.

If you're a parent, remember kids model someone, YOU. If a child is lazy they learned it somewhere, from watching you!

This little phrase should be embedded in your mind like a little mantra.

Master Yourself, Do it Now!
