After the first 8 matches we go into our Intermediate Division. Longer rounds, more experience and skill.
It won't take long before many of them are ready for Amateur Level Fights at Hybrid, Fight Quest, etc...
After the Intermediate Fights you'll see the Advanced Division.

Catch the Action
It's finally here.
Tomorrow is our first 2011 Fight Night of the year and we are nearing full capacity.
Finding or thinking of doing something fun and different every weekend can be a challenge.
Break the old routine by joining us tomorrow night for some exciting fights.
The event is taking place at the JR Brisson Complex in Casselman.
Doors open at 6 pm. And tickets are only 30$ to get in.
Join in on the excitement and maybe, just maybe, it might push you to start your martial art training as well. And if you're already a member it'll motivate you to train even harder on Monday.

A Few Announcements
I wanted to keep you up to date on what's happening at Fang Shen Do Central this January.
Tonight is our Sanshou Qualifier in Gatineau (518 Maloney Blvd).
Fighters who wish to participate in the February 6th Fight Night need to be present.
We're simultaneously holding a Sanshou Seminar and Training with Sifus, Stephane and Patrick at the cost of 20$. Training starts at 7:30 pm.
Secondly, it's Board Breaking Time!
"Boards don't hit back!", I know, but there's something about breaking stuff that just gives you a rush and added determination to see your goals through. Like we're taught by our founder: regret, fear, and worry hits back!
So go to the source of what might be stopping you and crush it like you do the board.
