Your secret weapon (it's not what you think)

Get rid of Bad Habits Such as Blinking, Over-reacting and the Fear of Getting Hit with a Valuable Lesson in Chi Sao.

These are some of the elements you'll read about in the March Issue of "MMA Authority" where you'll find a full spread article on the subject of Modern Chi Sao and how to use this close quarter hand drill to increase your reflexes and sensitivity.

A drill that has much to offer if you're a professional fighter or if you just want to know how to get rid of the anxiety of not knowing what to do if you have someone standing, up close, in your face, and threatening you in a real confrontation.

Let's face it, although many martial art systems practice close quarter or "in fighting", no other art spends as much time close quarters as the Wing Chun practitioner.

Which is precisely why Fang Shen Do borrows from it and uses it as a secret weapon to develop a strong offense when space is limited.

Using Wing Chun alone is obviously not the answer to every aspect of combat but it offers one piece of the equation.

Fang Shen Do's mission is entirely based on Bruce Lee's same endeavor: "To use what works and discard the rest."

In a way Fang Shen Do picks up where Bruce Lee left off with his JKD, a never ending research and journey in the realm of mental, physical and martial development.

From the Body Conditioning Drills of the Silat Systems, the Bone Crushing Kicks of the Thai Systems, the Joint Destruction System of Ju-Jitsu and the list goes on and on. There are at least 150 different systems influencing Fang Shen Do and that number is growing every year.

We're crazy about Martial Arts and we want to know everything there is to know about it.

Which is precisely the point of my e-mail today.

Whatever your career or profession is.

Get excited.

Be a life long learner.

Never sit back and think you know it all.

When you do, you'll be left in the dust.

In your work, at your job, in your relationships, in business, be the most "alive" person there.

Enthusiasm is contagious.

People, Bosses, Partners and Women are attracted to people like that.

Let it be your secret weapon.
