Enjoying the fruits of your Labor?

I came across these tidbits of information about labor day over on history.com. As with alot of holidays, most people, including myself don't really know the history behind each holiday.

When you read the facts below you can't help but respect how hard people worked in those days for so little.

12-hour workdays, 7 days a week, were standard in America in the 1800s - and even children worked.

The National Labor Union began fighting for an 8-hour workday in 1866.

In 1938, the Fair Labor Standards Act set a minimum hourly wage of 25 cents.

Also worth mentioning, those years produced some of the strongest men the world ever seen. They still found the time to follow a strength and fitness program despite these work conditions.

Are you reaching YOUR full potential?

Are you really doing everything you can to get in the best physical shape of your life?

On this Labor Day take some time to reflect on the fruits of your labor. Especially the Fitness Labor you've been subjecting yourself to (if not get to it!). Now's the time to make changes to your program by increasing your rep numbers, time held, level of difficulty and degree of Intensity.

Natural Progression is built into our strength training kits, yours awaits right here.

Aim Higher,

Sibok Martin
